Service Description

This is a 100 days specialist (hard) qi gong training course. It is considered gong fu foundation aimed at body conditioning and regenerating cells to promote long term health, vitality and strength. The course is delivered over a series of semi-private workshops during the first week followed by remote practice and ad hoc one to one consultations with Shifu as needed. It culminates in a 24 hour 'closing' involving practice and intensive acupressure timed against the meridian clock in order to 'seal' qi within meridian pathways. The cost of the course is £1500 covering all tuition, training materials, literature and one to one acupressure therapy, etc. Instalment plan or means tested concession rates can be applied for. The next iteration of the course will begin Saturday 11th January. There will be a free online Q&A with Shifu Liu on Saturday 4th January and deadline for enrolment will be Wednesday 8th. Places are strictly limited to please register your interest by booking here, even if you cannot make the Q&A session. The course will commence on Saturday 11th January with a workshop 12-2pm at St Pauls Church, Camden Square and on Zoom. Please register by paying deposit. Payment of the balance of course fees can be arranged directly with Shifu and we will go through the administration on Saturday prior to commencing training.
