An immersive and hands-on Xinjia Erlu workshop for those who are looking to expand and deepen their practice with the 'new frame' cannon fist form. Shifu Liu will guide you step by step through the intricate and characteristic 'spiral' as well as aerial movements, with a focus on fajin (explosive energy release) and martial applications.
