Service Description

Part Two workshop, Shifu Liu will continue teaching the Taiji ball training. Tai Chi Ball training is rooted in traditional internal martial arts and reinterpreted through modern principles of functional movement and mind-body wellness. The practice features smooth, continuous, circular movements combined with breath regulation and focused awareness, helping the body develop stable, coordinated, and efficient movement patterns. With regular practice, it improves balance, coordination, and core stability, while enhancing joint mobility and postural control. Through progressive whole-body integration and controlled force transmission, Tai Chi Ball training develops functional strength, movement efficiency, and refined body control. Highly effective for strengthening key muscle groups such as the waist, legs, and arms, the practice is gentle and low-impact, making it suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels. More than just exercise, Tai Chi Ball training is a comprehensive mind-body system that supports stress reduction, body awareness, and long-term physical well-being.
