Service Description

This is a comprehensive introduction to the traditional 'cannon fist' form suitable for students practicing at level 2. Shifu Liu will guide you step by step through the fundamentals of the form, from the basic stances to the intricate movements. As well as working through the form, Shifu will demonstrate and instruct on martial applications as well as 'fajin' (explosive energy release).
