Service Description

In this workshop Shifu Liu will be revisiting the rare Daoist Medical Qi Gong practice 'Nine-Nine Returning Yuan Qi Gong'. It is the third of the three unique and powerful Qi Gong traditions that Shifu was trained in. This qi gong is part of Wang's Sanmen Quan (martial arts, traditional Chinese medicine, and qigong). The workshop will focus first on the Qi Gong set and then the opening form of Sanmen Quan. Because it is similar to Tai Chi and is a moving practice that combines Qigong and martial arts, it is best to learn the whole sequence in one session. It can have a direct therapeutic and balancing effect on certain chronic aches and health conditions.
