Service Description
In this workshop Shifu Liu will be revisiting the rare Daoist Medical Qi Gong practice '9-9 Restorative Skill'. It is the third of the three unique and powerful Qi Gong traditions that Shifu was trained in, along with Da Bei and Ying (hard) Qi Gong. It has traditionally been used to treat various illnesses but is both preventative and healing and foundational for martial arts practice.
