GM Zhu Changhai 2026 - Push Hands 1 & 2

Shifu Liu is pleased to invite GM Zhu to London for these Autumn workshops, to share his unique Tai Chi Pushing Hands techniques, principles and applications. Part1: Saturday 24 October: Foundations & Principles. From 2:00-6:00pm at St Paul's Church Hall, Camden, NW1 9XG • Core methods and training principles of push hands • Building correct body structure and sensitivity (listening energy) Part 2: Sunday 24 October: Practice & Application. From 10am – 1pm on at the Islington Chinese Association, Hatchard Rd, N19 4NG • Partner drills and practical training Zhu Changhai, an international 8th Duan Grandmaster of Tai Chi, has won national, provincial, and municipal championships in both hands and weapons forms. He is President of the Martial Arts Association of Ireland and Northern Ireland and has a career in Tai Chi practice and teaching spanning over 50 years. For maximum benefit attend both days, but if not able to, then please note that Saturday only can be booked on here, but Sunday 25th October is on a separate booking tab. This is an 'in venue' workshop only (not online).
