Easter Tai Chi/Qi Gong Retreat - 1 DAY

Service Description

Set within the coastal Norfolk countryside approximately two hours by train from London, this immersive retreat will involve a mix of in-depth practice, theory and meditation. Shifu Liu will guide and correct you according to your level of study and experience and provide an unrivalled opportunity to deepen and develop your practice for healing, self-defence and spiritual growth. Package includes all training, accommodation and food for the duration of the retreat. Travel to and from the venue should be arranged independently. It is located a short taxi ride away from Sheringham station, which is approx 3 hours train journey from London (advanced fares starting at £12 single). Please note that accommodation will be either in single or (single sex) twin rooms, subject to availability.
