Service Description
In this one day workshop, Shifu Liu will be delivering an intensive hands on workshop and training in Da Bei Qi Gong practice and Qi Gong acupoint massage therapy. Course content includes: Da Bei Qi Gong Jing Gong, Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes Magic Chain, Beauty and Health Preservation Techniques; Learn the twelve meridians circulation route, acupoints, and five elements mutual generation and restraint techniques to practice massage therapy. We will study for 7 hours, 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00 with a 1 hour lunch break. Total cost for the course is £90 for Gold Members, £105 for standard members and £120 for Non Members.
