Service Description

Shifu Liu will lead us through the Chen Hand Forms and Push Hands practice. Great to revise these core routines. Taiji forms are not choreography, but the dynamic expression of internal skill. Push hands is a vital method for testing the authenticity of Taiji internal skill. Suitable for everyone to experience the depth and range of the practice for health and martial techniques. Workshop held at St Paul's Church Hall, Camden Square, NW1 9XG. Time 14:00-18:00
