Last chance to join us for thisSummer weekend of Qi Gong and Chen Taijiquan in the peaceful and stunning rural setting of Lam Rim Buddhist Centre in South Wales (full address below). This immersive retreat will involve a mix of in-depth practice, theory and meditation. Shifu Liu will guide and correct you according to your level of study and experience and provide an unrivalled opportunity to deepen and develop your practice for healing, self-defence and spiritual growth. Arriving at Lam Rim Friday afternoon at 2:30-3:00pm and leaving after lunch on Monday around 2:00-2:15pm. Full days will have 6 hours plus, of practice and meditation with tea and coffee breaks. Please note that accommodation will be (single sex) shared rooms, subject to availability. Places are very limited, please pay full fee to ensure a shared-room place on the retreat. Once you have booked we will send you all the relevant information and details about your stay. Package includes all training with Shifu Liu, accommodation with three meals a day for the 3 nights duration of the retreat. Travel to and from the venue should be arranged independently. Lam Rim is located a 9 mile taxi ride away from Abergavenny station, which is approx 2.00-2.5 hours train journey from London Paddington. Coaches to South Wales from London Victoria are also be available. Driving from London is about 3.5 hrs, parking is available, if you plan to drive and can take passengers, please let us know.
