Service Description

This workshop will introduce students to the building blocks for this profound and meditative Qi Gong practice steeped in Buddhist tradition and with an emphasis on healing, compassion and energy cultivation. As well as demonstrating and correcting postures, Shifu Liu will provide insights into the underpinning theory and philosophy, as well as tips on how to use this practice to bolster immunity for the remaining winter.
