Service Description

This hands on and immersive workshop over two parts will equip you with a foundational knowledge of this signature Chen weapons form, developing your coordination, balance, flexibility, core strength and and fajin (explosive energy release). Shifu Liu will guide you through each movement with the aim of ensuring that you are able to practice the complete form independently following the two workshops. For intermediate and advanced students, the aim is to lower your stance, deepen your focus and improve your energy cultivation and awareness.
