Service Description

Starting with Foundation practice Shifu Liu will lead us through the Chen hand forms, Sifang Quan, the 19 Form and Laojia Yi Lu and more if there is time. Great to revise these core routines. Suitable for everyone to experience the depth and range of the practice for health and martial techniques. Workshop held at St Paul's Church Hall, Camden Square, NW1 9XG. Time 14:00-18:00
