Da Bei is a most powerful form of Qi gong, it is one of the most advanced, most effective and high performance qi gong. It derives from the Yi Jing Ching and pays attentions to the exercise of one’s movements, respiration, mind and will, so as to get the qi circulating and flowing appropriately without obstruction.
